Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "og99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the og99 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the og99 platform.
• "Platform" means the og99 website accessible at og99.im, including all sub-pages, features, tools, betting markets, casino games, and account management functions.
• "Account" means a registered og99 player account created through the official registration process.
• "Funds" refers to the balance held in a player's og99 account, including real-money deposits, withdrawable winnings, and any bonus amounts subject to wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other incentive credited to a player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which og99 accounts are denominated.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the og99 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and og99.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. og99 accepts no liability arising from any misrepresentation made at the point of registration.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with og99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between og99 and each registered player.

By using og99, you additionally confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party without proper authorisation.
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• All information you provide to og99 is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you accept sole responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your account.

Eligibility

Access to og99 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of account use:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. og99 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must access og99 from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active og99 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship orders are not permitted to register.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through og99 or any third-party responsible gambling service. If you are currently self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, og99 will close the account and return any deposited funds.

og99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access the full range of og99 Services, players must complete the account registration process through the official og99 Login page. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. og99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. You must notify og99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC): og99 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet, bank statement)

og99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until the matter is resolved.

Account Currency: All og99 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No multi-currency switching is available. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote account balances, bet stakes, and winnings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: og99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another individual — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's og99 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may be subject to standard banking processing times. og99 does not charge deposit transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum & Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed within the og99 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification tier. og99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission under standard conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally faster than card withdrawals. og99 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account without additional verification.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement. Only the real-money portion of a player's balance — comprising verified deposits and cleared winnings — is withdrawable at any time, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 4.

Bonuses & Promotions

og99 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer and must be read before opting in.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino tables and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates for each game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
• og99 reserves the right to withhold bonus payouts or cancel promotional offers where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors, or coordinated bonus hunting activity across multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are offered at og99's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Existing bonus balances already credited to an account will not be retroactively removed unless abuse is detected.

Players are under no obligation to accept any bonus. If you prefer to deposit and play without bonus conditions attached, contact og99 Support before making a deposit to opt out of the standard bonus.

Betting Rules

All bets placed through og99's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. These rules govern how bets are settled, how void outcomes are treated, and how in-play market suspensions are handled. Players are responsible for reviewing market-specific rules before placing bets.

General Betting Conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. og99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is declared void under the applicable rules.
• og99 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, restrict specific players from certain markets, or suspend markets at its discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices due to a technical fault — og99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Abandoned or postponed matches are treated in accordance with og99's published void/abandonment rules for each competition.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits which may vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and are subject to change.

Casino Games

og99 Casino offers a selection of games sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Live game sessions are subject to the same general casino rules and additionally governed by the table-specific rules displayed within each live game interface. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the og99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility status in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using og99 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. og99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of duplicating bonuses, circumventing account limits, or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without og99's express written permission.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who identify errors are expected to report them to og99 Support immediately.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on any event that you have inside knowledge is fixed, manipulated, or otherwise not being contested on genuine sporting merit.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider in relation to any og99 deposit. og99 will pursue recovery of such funds and will permanently close the associated account.

Account Suspension & Closure

og99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period of time when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through a third-party financial institution.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, og99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held within that account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, without liability. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, og99 withdrawing from a particular market — any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting og99 Support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened following a review period, provided the player remains eligible under Section 3.

Responsible Gaming

og99 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gambling environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a primary income source or a method of recovering financial losses.

og99 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your og99 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent exclusion from og99. Self-exclusion periods start at six (6) months. Self-excluded players will not receive any marketing communications from og99 for the duration of their exclusion.

Intellectual Property

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. og99 operates these titles under valid licensing agreements and does not grant players any rights to those games beyond the right to play them through the og99 interface.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to og99 regarding the Platform or its Services may be used by og99 without obligation or compensation to the submitting party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, og99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of account funds due to system outages, technical faults, or third-party payment provider delays beyond og99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of account credentials that have been compromised due to your failure to maintain their security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Gambling losses resulting from bets or wagers placed through the Platform, regardless of any technical issue or advice received from any source.

og99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the relevant incident occurred. Nothing in these Terms shall limit og99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Privacy & Data

og99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to og99's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

og99 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect player data in transit and at rest. Personal data is not sold to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or for the purpose of preventing fraud and money laundering.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by og99, subject to og99's legal obligations to retain certain records. Data requests should be submitted to og99 Support in writing.

Amendments to These Terms

og99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or contact method associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice wherever reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the og99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and return of your real-money balance in accordance with Section 10.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published on this page supersedes all previous versions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version came into force.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. og99 operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, payment, or account decision, players should first contact og99 Support with full details of the issue. og99 commits to providing a written response to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the initial response does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may request an escalation to senior og99 management for further review.

og99 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) days of the initial complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, og99 will work cooperatively with any relevant independent dispute resolution body to reach a fair outcome.
